Problem
Why is performance review so hard?
Scattered data, inconsistent measures and scores with hidden calculations erode trust.
Scattered sources
ExGoalsExcelGiCode contributionGitJiWork itemsJiraE-FeedbackE-mail⟳ Merge by hand
Scattered data
Goals in spreadsheets, code contribution in Git, work in Jira, feedback in e-mail. Merging them is manual work every period.
Same goal, different measures

Inconsistent measures
Different units, spellings and interpretations for the same goal. Nothing is comparable.

Measurement model
A five-dimension, explainable score
The overall score is built from five dimensions weighted by role profile. How much each dimension contributes is visible on screen.
- Semi-automatic
Goal and KPI results
How individual and department goals were met against their success criteria.
- Manager
Competency assessment
Observed behavior across corporate, functional and leadership competencies.
- Anonymous
360-degree feedback
Anonymous feedback from peers, reports and internal customers.
- Semi-automatic
Technical performance
Code contribution, work management, quality, review and delivery; automatic evidence plus a tech-lead rubric.
- Verified
Organizational contribution
Verified recognition, knowledge sharing, mentoring and cross-team collaboration.
Overall score
87
Likes, comments and follows are never a score input. The weight of a dimension with missing data is redistributed by rule.

Dimension contributionsRole weightsModel versionPick a dimension…Score explanation
A "how was my score calculated?" view: dimension, weight, contribution and model version.
Calibration
Compare results, adjust with justification and keep a versioned record.
Technical performance
Automatic evidence from code, work tracking and quality data, alongside a tech-lead rubric.

Scheduled reports, PDF export and a daily e-mail digest.
How it works
Processes flow end to end
Follow the core flows step by step; pick a flow or let it advance on its own.
From period to close
A performance period moves on record from definition to the frozen result.

Integrations
Takes data where it lives
Technical metrics are collected from tools your team already uses; e-mail guarantees identity matching, and HR approves.

Employees, managers, HR and auditors see only their own scope.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
01Where is performance data stored?
Peopmeter runs on your own server. Goals, reviews and scores stay inside your organization; only an installation ID reaches us, for license verification.
02What do I need to install it?
A Linux server running Docker (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 30 GB disk for up to 5,000 employees), a domain name, an SMTP server and HTTPS egress to the license server. The install package comes with Docker Compose.
03How do users sign in?
The identity source is LDAP / Active Directory; OIDC and SAML are supported for corporate single sign-on. If you use INTRAWE, you can jump over with one click.
04How does licensing work?
Your subscription is tied to a product key; the application verifies with the license server daily. Packages are set by user count and listed up to date on the pricing page.
05Are modules licensed separately?
Core performance, 360, technical performance, organizational contribution and calibration modules are enabled by package. You can see what each package includes on the pricing page.
