Installation and operation
Running on your own servers and requirements.
Peopmeter runs on your own server. Goals, reviews and scores stay inside your organization; only an installation ID reaches us, for license verification.
A Linux server running Docker (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 30 GB disk for up to 5,000 employees), a domain name, an SMTP server and HTTPS egress to the license server. The install package comes with Docker Compose.
The identity source is LDAP / Active Directory; OIDC and SAML are supported for corporate single sign-on. If you use INTRAWE, you can jump over with one click.
License and pricing
Subscription, packages and license verification.
Your subscription is tied to a product key; the application verifies with the license server daily. Packages are set by user count and listed up to date on the pricing page.
Core performance, 360, technical performance, organizational contribution and calibration modules are enabled by package. You can see what each package includes on the pricing page.
Measurement model
How the score is calculated and what feeds into it.
The overall score is built from goal, competency, 360 feedback, technical performance and organizational contribution dimensions, weighted by role profile. The "how was my score calculated?" view shows each dimension's contribution.
The weight of a dimension with missing data is redistributed to the others by rule, and this is visible on screen.
No. Likes, comments and follows are never a score input. Organizational contribution is computed only from verified inputs.
No. Automatic metrics are evidence, not a verdict. Decisions such as pay, promotion or termination stay under human oversight; HR flags results that need re-review.
Security and data protection
Access, records and data-protection compliance.
Access is role- and scope-based: employees, managers, HR and auditors see only the data in their own scope.
Yes. Answers are collected anonymously, and anonymity protection prevents individual answers from being identified in small groups.
Important changes are written to the audit trail with their justification; a closed period's score is frozen and corrections are tracked as new versions.
